The People Behind the Mission
Nova Gold's team continues to grow across every discipline. The operators, scientists, leaders, and advocates who make this mission possible come from every corner of the service community. Their ranks expand with every new partnership, every expedition, and every person who answers the call.
— The Operators —
Forged in the Field.
These are the people who showed up when it mattered. Former special operations personnel, master divers, law enforcement veterans, and expedition leaders who have operated in some of the most demanding environments on earth. They didn't join Nova Gold to retire. They joined because the mission isn't finished. Every expedition, every training program, and every recovery operation is led by people who have lived the experience they're now passing on.
