VETS Canada

VETS Canada (Veterans Emergency Transition Services) is a federally registered charity started in 2010 with an aim to provide immediate, on-the-ground support to Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and RCMP who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in crisis in other ways.

Vets Canada provides assistance in every province and major city across the country with hundreds of volunteers who dedicate their time everyday. Vets Canada has a 24/7 crisis line and to date has helped thousands of veterans across the country.

Guitars for Vets Canada

Guitars for Vets Canada matches veterans and still-serving CAF members and RCMP with PTSD or other service-related injuries with a new guitar and 10 free lessons across the country. Our mission is to put the healing power of music in the hands of heroes. Guitars for Vets Canada is the most successful Veterans music program in Canada. To date we have given away 8000 guitars and 80,000 lessons.
